Thoughtful’s Grow P4C programme offers schools and school departments a structured and cost-effective approach to developing and sustaining P4C.
Grow P4C Programmes
We offer three phases of the Grow P4C programme, working towards Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each requires a 12–18-month time commitment.
You’ll work with your own dedicated Thoughtful Coach who will get to know your school, your staff and your students. Your Coach will support your team to acquire the skills and confidence they need to deliver P4C in the classroom, to develop and sustain high-quality P4C facilitation and to help your students to become creative, critical, caring and collaborative thinkers. They will also help you apply for your Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards.
Grow P4C is open to all schools at primary and secondary level, to departments within those schools, as well as to nurseries and alternative provision settings.
Grow P4C can look different in every school or MAT we work with. Below, you will find a basic outline of recommended training within each phase to help your school achieve an Award. But please do talk to us as we offer alternative options depending on your needs.
