Jonathan Hannam
Lead P4C & Associate Trainer
Jonathan facilitates the Lead P4C course for Thoughtful and DialogueWorks. He was a headteacher of a Gold award school in Hampshire and has since worked as a P4C facilitator and trainer for over 18 years. He is the founder of Jonathan Hannam Ltd - his own independent consultancy and coaching practice and is an associate lecturer with Winchester University.
Jonathan has been a headteacher of three schools over a period of 12 years and now works as a freelance educational facilitator and coach specialising in supporting schools across the UK with bespoke leadership development and developing learning culture, pedagogy, metacognition, coaching, well-being and Philosophy for Children (P4C). He was a trainer with SAPERE (now Thoughtful) for over 10 years, facilitating Level 1 and Level 2 courses and is currently a trainer for P4C Plus and Thinking Moves with DialogueWorks.
He has regularly facilitated NPQ national leadership programmes through LLSE at Winchester University. He has written part of the Guernsey Curriculum and provided training for all Guernsey Schools on its implementation.
Jonathan regularly coaches CEOs, headteachers and senior leaders in all phases on a 1:1 basis.
