Youbahadi Koné

Youbahadi founded the Arbre à Palabre project in Ségou, Mali, where he adapts Philosophy for Children (P4C) to West African oral traditions – proverbs, folktales, riddles, totems, and taboos – to support all children, with a focus on the most vulnerable. His approach helps children develop critical thinking, moral virtues, and resilience. He is a member of SOPHIA, the European Foundation for the Advancement of Philosophy with Children, holds INSSA security risk management certifications, and his work has been selected for presentation at the BIPSEFA 2026 international conference in Tunis.
